I was called by an Aerotek recruiter named Jeremy about a job with a client that I previously worked for with another temp service. I took the job started on a Tuesday. He explained that I would receive my first paycheck by mail by Friday if the next week which I...
Aerotek - False employment and incompetent staff
I graduated from college and I was offered a position with one of their clients, accepted the terms even signed the contract and agreed on compensation. They said they would call with a start date, the call never came. They kept calling reassuring that it would be soon, this went on for 6 months and I never started work and was not looking for other jobs because they told me not to. They blamed everyone but themselves and I was the one left unemployed. Then they even had the nerve to ask if I was interested in them finding me another position.
In my case I was informed that I had gotten a job with a client, but they wanted to hire me directly. I declined other offers for a direct hire position, but once I came in for the position it was contract and for $1/hr less than what I had agreed to. They called this...

Changes in the business practices for recruitment and no opposition to re-starting my unemployment claim while I find a legit position.
Aerotek - Staff Review
So Aerotek jerking people around telling them one thing and doing another is somehow everyone's fault for them being a *** run company? People being lazy is one thing but when the incompetent people in the office (which I'm guessing is you judging by how you talk about this) it's just wrong. Say what you want to make you feel better about yourself but the fact remains that Aerotek is a joke. Unless you have someone's extension you cannot get ahold of ANYBODY in their home office. They signed me to 3 "jobs" that didn't exist. Siphoned 2hrs a week from a coworkers checks, but when brought up to Aerotek it's somehow his fault for working 40hour weeks. Aerotek is a cold run company and only those most desperate to be treated like *** should apply
Positive and Awesome. I really enjoy Aerotek
My recruiter Patricia Webster was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and helped me find a job in exactly what I wanted to do in the field I wanted. She was extremely friendly when I first walked into the office and nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Even afterwards, when I was confused about when my paycheck for the job was going to come Tricia answered my email with answers within 12 hours. I really appreciate all of her hard work! It looks great on my resume and I have Patricia to thank for that! She is nothing but positive vibes and Aerotek is the first company I would call if I ever needed help finding another job. Thanks Patricia and Aerotek for all your help!

Good customer service
My husband has been working through Aerotek in Deerfield, IL for about 9 months now. His recruiter (Sabrina) is extremely unprofessional. when he first started, she would text his cell phone from her cell phone wishing him a great day at work, etc...In my opinion,...
Aerotek - Positive Feedback
I have had nothing but a positive experience with Aerotek. My recruiter Jose Manuel Ruiz-Garcia was very thorough with questions for me about my skills and what kind of job I was looking for and very helpful with pointers for my interview. He placed me with a excellent company that was a perfect fit. That was almost 10 months ago and I am still there and very happy with the way things have worked out. He has kept in touch on a regular basis to make sure things are going well. I couldn't ask for a better recruiter. Thank you. Brian Meyer
Aerotek - Rude Recruiter Review
This company is very unprofessional. The recruiter I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending. I will never ever recommend them to anyone looking for work or looking to hire.
Aerotek - Fraudulent Company Review
No follow through. Don't tell the truth never follow through.
Aerotek - Recruiter Review
The recruiter called me about a job that I may be interested in. No experience needed. Had the interview with the company and it went great. At least I thought it did. I was told I was hired as a back up. Two people that were hired failed the drug test and the recruiter called me and said I could start the following Monday. I was sitting in the training class for 45 minutes I was called out into the hallway and was told I was not picked for the position. I quit my other job because I had this job and now in at ground zero. I called the corporate office for Aerotek they must have a book of excuses for when they messed up. Horrible company! Stay away!!!
