At the end, I think WHAT THE... will sum it up.

I've worked through Aerotek twice before. Each time is the exact same. I get lots of calls/emails leading up to the job, but once I start work, I can't get a response from anyone.

I call and ask to speak to the recruiter, I get sent to their voice mail. I leave a message and never get a reply back. I email the recruiter, no reply.

I then call and ask for the CSA (Customer Service Associate, the person that talks to you in the large conference room as you fill out paper work). Same as above, no reply via phone calls or email.

I actually drive to their office and am told they are busy. I actually waited from 8am to 5pm, sitting in their office, asking the lady at the front desk every 30mins if they are available. I ended up chasing after the guy as he went to the parking lot to finally get a response about my benefits.

When your contract ends with a company, it is the same way. You can't get a hold of someone. You get a phone call saying your contract is over and they get off the phone with you as fast as they can.

Are you saying WHAT THE... yet? No?

How about calling them twice a week, and emailing twice a week, to find out why your contract ended, and being ignored for 2 months. After which time, they call the cops and claim you are harassing them, and having to spend months fighting it in court. And the end of which, they still refused to tell me or the court why my contract was ended, claiming work product and privacy for their client(s).
