Lack of followup, wont answer calls, totally screwed up the background check and when I produced evidence that my background was picture perfect I was ignored.Then Aerotek totally screwed up the negotiation with the client to the point where the client stated to me that they will never do business with Aerotek again basically leaving me with out a job.
The client was even willing to offer me more money (30% more) where Aerotek rep wanted all of the raise to go to them, wouldn't share any of the extra income. The client felt that this was a very greedy approach and then backed off. When I tried to call them to attempt to fix the situation they wouldn't answer or return my calls. I will never trust my career to Aerotek again.
I can understand why they are getting sued.Unfortunately they just don't care.
