so I went to the Hanover, MD office to speak to Aerotek recruiting staff about available jobs that I can fill. First staff (receptionist) took my resume and went inside the office, came back and said another staff will be speaking to me soon.

After a while this aerotek staff came out and told me after going over my resume I will fit better with energy related job and so he gave me their energy representative (Kendal Smith) to email my resume to and for further discussions. I went ahead to email Kendal Smith and it's been almost a month now and no reply.

I am curious about the sort of recruiters they hire to represent them because this is incompetence and an attitude of why border spending time emailing if Kendal Smith wasn't going to reply. Aerotek management need to *** out all their incompetent staff because there are too many bad reviews about Aerotek.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
