Aerotek staff member contacted me stating that they found my resume. Immediately informed me of a call center position without formal introduction.

She continued on, explaining the requirements of the position, going in to detail without allowing me a chance to speak. I immediately received the impression that this staff member called only to fill the position without taking in to consideration the person they are talking to.

After explaining that I am not interested, she quickly ended the conversation by telling me that they will hold on to my resume. As a potential client, a very bad first impression was given on their part.
