The Hampton Roads area staffing from Chesapeake to Newport News they are Unprofessional, uneducated and don't communicate well with their vendors as well as their client. Continuously have the client repeat duplicate paper work. I must ask where is Corporate and why don't you have a better process in place. Re-hiring someone less than 90 days should not be doing duplicate work. This is insane people, the process is broken and having a Recruiter to call and set up an interview and then ask you to come back & forth to the office to complete paper work is ***! Everything should be easy and simple as possible.
The only purpose for a person/client to return to office is to have them complete paper work if changes are made.
Worked with many companies and as a re-hire nothing is repeated other than Policy & Procedures, Tax forms if changes, Drug screening. Aerotek wants you to complete 10 forms, for what...what is your purpose? So my point is driving back and forth for bull is ridiculous. The process is BROKEN!
